What class to book at the studio?

Breathe & Begin : Wednesday 6PM

A gentle introduction to the essentials of Pilates.
We take time to explore breath, posture, and core connection in a calm, supportive environment. Ideal if you’re starting out and looking to move at an easy, steady pace.

 Control & Flow : Monday 6PM & Saturday 9:30AM

Build confidence and strength through mindful movement, helping you move smoothly between exercises while staying connected to your breath and alignment. Perfect if you’ve done a few classes before and want to refine your technique.

 Precision & Power: Wednesday 9:30AM

For regular practitioners who enjoy detail and depth.
Expect a stronger pace, layered sequences, and focused technique work to challenge both body and mind.
Not suitable for complete beginners.
